Training Compliance
Hi all,
Occasional reader, first time in a long time poster. Do you give consequences to those who fail to maintain compliance training for example, IACUC and health and safety training? If so, what are those consequences? How do you get folks to comply to complete their training on time when requested?

Where I have worked in the past, non compliance or incomplete training would result in denied access to the Vivarium, scheduled/on going studies (the studies in progress assigned to the individual in question would be reassigned to someone else in the interim), thus now creating the situation for a potential write up m, negative employee review, or termination (for repeat offenders or folks that just refuse to comply).
