I have been having a hard time hiring at this time. I feel that a lot of us across the US are having issues getting qualified staff to apply. Currently with the AALAS website compromised and down this could be part of the issue. I have placed our position up on every free site I can find and even on this site in hopes of finding an Animal Care technician. We need another site that could help advertise securely animal positions throughout the US. Times are hard right now for facility operations.
